Our 11 son Cole had been severely injured in a dry-land training session due to overcrowding and lack of supervision. We found Winneth-the savior. Cole had lost his speed and agility due to the injury, but this amazing woman took him under her instruction and in 4 months transformed him into a sprinter. She tested muscle strength and discovered great discrepancies in his muscle development and gave him exercises to do with her and on his own.
